Jason Edwards
Jason is a veteran real estate executive and entrepreneur with nearly two decades of diverse experience across all facets of real estate development, operations, and ownership.
He is also the founder of PRI Asset Management, LLC (PRI-AM), PRI-AM has been responsible for real estate development, acquisition, asset management, and capital markets for several high-net-worth and family offices in the Southeast. Prior to founding PRI-AM, Jason was responsible for the asset management of a $450MM portfolio of 11 market-rate value-add properties located across six states at Fairfield Residential. While at Boston Capital, he served as asset manager of a $400MM portfolio of 75 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties in 15 states
Jason currently serves as a founding board member of the Atlanta-based Grove Park Foundation, President of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School Of Management Alumni Club of Atlanta. Through a private 501-C3 he founded in 2002, Jason has raised over seven figures of donations for Morehouse College. He also personally donates annually to his alma mater’s Opportunity Fund for rising seniors that are in need of tuition assistance. Also, he serves as Chairman and President of Juneteenth USA, a Houston-based nonprofit founded in 1985 by his late Father, State Representative Al Edwards Sr, who wrote and passed the first legislation in the United States making Juneteenth a state observed holiday in Texas.
He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated, initiated into the Alpha Rho Chapter at Morehouse College, and is currently a member of the Eta Lambda Alumni chapter.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Morehouse College and a Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Jason resides in Atlanta with his wife, Denise, and daughters, Sidney and Sloane.
